Photoshop elements

Can your creation be exported to photoshop elements? I saw some artwork on facebook that mentioned that is was done. I was assuming it was with the full version of Photoshop. I have a million things I want to do with this but if I can't get it into photoshop elements, I'm stuck. Is it just a matter of buying the full version and saving it as or exporting it as a PNG?

You can save as a PNG, then open the PNG in photoshop. You can even save individual, or groups of layers as PNG.
